Refund and Returns Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is. However, we will reimburse or provide replacements for any items that are damaged during transit, if shipped by us. Please note that many of our items have a rich history, exhibiting patina, age, and wear. We kindly ask that you inspect your items before leaving Vortice Artesana & Design.
